Consultation

$250-$400
A 1-2 hour consultation in which we evaluate your home room-by-room giving you a written report of easy to implement suggestions that will accentuate the positive features of your space. This can include suggestions to achieve decluttering, depersonalizing and neutralizing, rearrangement suggestions, paint colour selection, cost effective repair and update suggestions. We look at your entire home and prioritize our repair/update suggestions based on where you will receive the greatest return on investment.

You will then have the option to implement all or some of the changes on your own or use our services to professionally stage your home. We then provide you with an estimate to fully complete the project.
